Gait Analysis
We are very passionate about what we do and we love hearing every story that each customer brings and how we can help. So far we have helped hundreds of runners, walkers, workers and people in pain. Our gait analysis service is by appointment only, which means we can dedicate time to each individual to ensure that we match them with their perfect shoe.

There is no obligation to buy shoes, our main service is the gait analysis giving you the information to decide how to proceed.
The Technology
We use the latest dartfish video technology to record how your foot pronates, which demonstrates how your foot lands when you are running.

If you are a neutral runner, a good option for you is a neutral shoe or one with moderate support

If you over pronate, which means your foot rolls in, then it is recommended that you get a shoe with built in arch support

The Benefits
Gait analysis assesses what type of shoe is best suited to your feet, this has several benefits:

Helps to prevent injuries e.g. shin splints, back and knee injuries

Helps to prevent blisters and sore feet (Running shoes are designed to absorb the shock of 2.5 times your body weight)

Helps to maximise running speed by providing traction to grip the ground well
It is recommended that you get checked, even if you are not currently suffering from pain, you may notice signs as you increase your activity. Beginner exercisers are especially encouraged to get checked before starting out.
Appointments
Our premises are shown in the picture, which is based in Collegeland, County Armagh. We use this for private appointments, because we like to spend significant time with each and every customer. We are flexible with appointment times as we like to meet the needs of our customers.
Additionally, we set up in local gyms and sports clubs, bringing our service direct to the customer.
Already Done a Gait Analysis?
No problem! Some of customers know what shoe they want. So when they are due a new shoe, they order in advance and we have their shoe sitting waiting on them. We are able too order a wide range of brands at competitive prices.
